All Children Reading: A Grand Challenge for Development will co-fund winning applications for research grants under our Call for Proposals that focus on early grade literacy education.
All Children Reading: A Grand Challenge for Development seeks to identify and analyze the effects of technology on early grade literacy rates in developing countries to optimize the allocation of resources, inform decisions, and enhance solutions. Launched in 2011 by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), World Vision, and the Australian Government, it is an ongoing series of competitions that leverages science and technology to create and apply scalable solutions to improve literacy skills of early grade learners in developing countries.
Hi, I am from Pakistan and want to submit a proposal in response to this call. Upon reading the CFP, it seems as if the primary intent is to promote Khmer reading in Cambodia. Is that so? Can researchers from other Asian developing countries not propose a project in their own language?
Your prompt response to this query would be much appreciated.
Thanks and regards
Manzil
