Digital Learning for Development (DL4D) and All Children Reading: A Grand Challenge for Development (ACR-GCD) are pleased to announce a call for proposals for research on World Vision’s Total Reading Approach for Children Plus (TRAC+) Project, a system of interventions to improve early grade literacy in Cambodia including new teaching and learning materials, a mobile learning application, assessment protocols for benchmarking reading, literacy coaching for teachers, peer tutoring and parental engagement. TRAC+ is currently being implemented in 140 public primary schools in 5 provinces in Cambodia.
Research to be supported by this Call must examine how and to what extent the integration of m-learning in TRAC+ enhances early grade literacy.
